| At MMG Insurance Company we consider our employees to be our greatest asset. Our
goal is to attract, retain, and reward top quality people so that we can provide superior
service to our policyholders and agents. Many of our employees have worked 10, 15, 20, or
more years for the company. The dedication and loyalty of our employees has been a major
factor in our success. |

MMG Insurance Company stresses the importance of education and continued development of all
employees. Many employees take advantage of the financial assistance that the company
provides for further educational study. For those Insurance courses (through the Insurance
Institute of America or the American Institute of CPCU as examples),
the employees receive 100% reimbursement for books and examination fees. Similarly, for
the Degree Programs related to business and the employee’s job function, financial
assistance is given for books and tuition. This Company Education Policy assures that
MMG Insurance Company will continue to successfully compete in the future. In 2001, MMG Insurance Company,
with a family of 116 employees had 28 employees who had earned Insurance Designations, and
15 more employees who were enrolled in some form of continuing education.
We have a talented and strong management team who lend their
skill, expertise, and experience to the process of shaping a strong future for our
company. The company is led by a core group of nine (9) officers who encompass 145+ years
of industry expertise. A focus on good communication and a commitment to feedback are
encouraged knowing that the resulting synergy ultimately benefits the company. As we head
into the future with our vision of growth, we are ready to meet the challenges and
obstacles of the ever-changing insurance market. A commitment to information technology,
