Byron K. Long Joins MMG Insurance and Leads PA Expansion

In conjunction with its expansion into Pennsylvania, Byron K. Long recently joined MMG Insurance as Regional Manager. Long is charged with establishing relationships with local independent agents within the state, assisting with product development, and coordinating the set-up of vendor agreements. Long will also be charged with the eventual opening of a Pennsylvania Branch Office for MMG. Plans are to staff this yet to be determined location with underwriting, marketing and claims personnel.

Prior to joining MMG, Mr. Long was President & CEO of Mutual Inspection Bureau, Inc. He holds an Associate Degree from Lehigh County Community College; is a member of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies Loss Control Association; and past Chairperson and current committee member of the Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies Loss Control and Underwriting Committee. Involved in many local civic activities, Mr. Long currently resides in Lehighton, PA with his wife, Marsha and sons, Andrew and Jordan.
