On our policyholder portal (MyMMG) you can view billing information, make a payment, or sign up for our paper free option. Additionally, you may access policy documents or view a claim status. Lastly, you may call us regarding any of your needs pertaining to your policy, bill, or claim at 888-664-2455.   

Your independent insurance agent is also a great resource and can provide you with information about your policy and the insurance protection you have in place.

Many businesses are closed at this time. Is MMG still open for business?

Yes, we’re still here protecting your piece of the world. MMG is committed to the health and safety of our employees and we have moved 90+% of our team to working from home. We are fully operational and ready to take your calls.

With many drivers staying home during the COVID-19 pandemic, will MMG be issuing personal auto premium relief?

Driving has significantly decreased due to stay at home initiatives around the country. In recognition of this, MMG is returning 15% of premiums for the months of April and May to our personal auto policyholders. This action is far reaching as it will impact more than 57,000 policyholders across our five-state footprint. Pending expected regulatory approval, we will start sending checks to policyholders as early as the week of April 20th. Customers do not need to take any action to receive this premium relief refund.

I’ve experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19. Are there options available for billing relief?

MMG understands the financial burden placed on many families and businesses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Should you have billing concerns during this time, we are here to assist you. Our team is diligently working with customers on a case by case basis to review each individual situation. Please call your agent and our team will work with your agent to identify the best path forward for your circumstance.
